Exchanges for a different size are always free of charge. For returns, a fee will be deducted from your refund, fees vary by location and can be found below. You’re welcome to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: Monogrammed items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Perfumes are also non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons.
