Returns & Exchanges
You are welcome to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges for a different size are always free of charge.
For returns, a fee will be deducted from your refund. Fees vary by country and can be found below.
Please note: Monogrammed items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To get started with your return, exchange, or claim, please email returns@oascompany.com and our team will guide you through the process.
Items must be returned in the following condition:
- Unused and in new condition
- In the original plastic bag
- With all hangtags attached
- Properly packaged to avoid damage during transit
If these conditions aren’t met, the return will not be approved, and you’ll be notified via email.
Exchanges for a different size are always free of charge. For returns, a fee will be deducted from your refund depending on your location.
- Sweden: 150 SEK
- EU: 20 EUR
- UK: 20 GBP
- United States & Canada: 25 USD
- Denmark: 150 DKK
- Rest of Europe: 25 EUR (Norway 250 NOK, Switzerland 25 CHF)
- Rest of the world: 30 USD
