Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours on business days.

A shipping confirmation is sent as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder. Contact our customer service team if you still have issues.

Yes, if you've received a shipping confirmation, your order has left our warehouse. It can take up to 48 hours for UPS to update the tracking information.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact info@oascompany.com as soon as possible with the correct address. Our team will do their best to update it before dispatch. Be quick - our goal is to ship orders as fast as we can.

Once your order has been shipped, we can’t update the address. However, if you have a "UPS My Choice" account, you may be able to change the delivery address directly through their portal. If not, contact our customer service team with the updated address and we’ll try to assist, but address changes in transit are not guaranteed.

If you checked out using PayPal, it automatically fills in the shipping address linked to your PayPal account. Be sure to keep that address up to date to avoid issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact our customer service team and they’ll help you get the label.

Make sure to enter your order number as digits only (no #) and the same email address used in your order. This email is also printed on your delivery note. You can update the email during the final step of the return process if needed. If it still doesn’t work, your order may be outside the 14-day return window.

Once we receive and approve your return, exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a new shipping confirmation when your exchange ships.

You can only exchange sizes through our website. If you want a different style or product (of equal or lesser value), please contact our customer service team and they’ll assist with a manual return and new order.

Orders & Checkout

We don’t offer special gift wrapping, but each order comes packed in our custom-made boxes. If you'd like to include a gift note, email our customer service team at info@oascompany.com, after placing your order - they’ll add your message to the package.

Product Information

We’re in the process of removing the palm tree print from our swim shorts. Some older styles still include it, but the images will be updated as the change is rolled out.

Payment

Payment is captured at the time your order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund.
