During the holiday period, we have extended our return window: all orders can be returned or exchanged until January 15.

Please note: Monogrammed items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. A return fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. Fees vary by country.

To get started, visit oascompany.com/returns to register your return, exchange, or claim.

Items must be returned in the following condition:

  • Unused and in new condition

  • In the original plastic bag

  • With all hangtags attached

  • Properly packaged to avoid damage during transit


If these conditions aren’t met, the return will not be approved, and you’ll be notified via email.

Exchanges for a different size are always free of charge. For returns, a fee will be deducted from your refund depending on your location.

  • Sweden: 150 SEK

  • Germany & Austria: 20 EUR

  • UK: 20 GBP

  • United States & Canada: 25 USD

  • EU (excluding DE/AT): 20 EUR

  • Denmark: 150 DKK

  • Rest of Europe: 25 EUR (Norway 250 NOK, Switzerland 25 CHF)

  • Rest of the world: 30 USD
