Exchanges are always free of charge. The return shipping cost varies by location and is displayed below. The only condition is that the goods will be returned in the original condition, which means that it is not used. Always attach the original packaging and any labels. Please note that returns on perfumes are not eligible, due to hygiene considerations and ensuring product quality.

Normally it takes about two weeks after you have sent your return to us before receiving any reimbursement. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 30 days for a refund, which is the maximum time required by Swedish law.

For defective or wrongly supplied product, please register or contact us as soon as possible. This must be done within 14 days for a wrongly supplied product, and within two months of a claim.
