1. GENERAL
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and OAS Company AB (Reg. No 556841-8734) (“OAS”, “us”, “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on OAS Company´s website www.oascompany.com (“Website”).
By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you accept to be bound by them. Before you accept the Terms and Conditions you shall also read and understand our Privacy Policy here.
OAS reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions valid for your order is always the Terms and Conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
Please note that OAS does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. OAS preserves its right to stop selling a product.
The Language of the Terms and Conditions is English.
Please make sure that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the “Shipping Confirmation” e-mail.
If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

OAS Receives your order when you click the “CHECKOUT” – button in the checkout. When OAS has received your order, you will receive an e-mail with your “Order Confirmation” to confirm that we have received your order and that we will start to control the availability of the order. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.
Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, occur as a result from one of the following situations:
The ordered product is out of stock
Inability to obtain authorization of payment
An error within the product information, including price or promotion
Suspicion of any fraudulent activity
Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.
Please note that OAS does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by email.
If we have already received a payment for the order we will refund the amount to you.
OAS goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. OAS cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and OAS is not bound by the price until OAS has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled.
OAS always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order we will refund you the amount of the purchase. Please also note that OAS may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by OAS under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect.
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once the order has been sent by the customer and confirmed by OAS, the customer will be informed via an order confirmation email. Once the order is processed and accepted, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email. Personalized items may be delivered in a time slot indicated on the site which may be longer than regular delivery slots. Because of the clearly personalized nature of personalized products and the fact that they are produced specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Similar, the customer does not have the right to cancel the order.
The following payments are accepted and may vary depending on region.
Credit cards, ApplePay and GooglePay
Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express and with ApplePay and GooglePay. Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once OAS has sent you the order confirmation email.
We do our best to make the Website as secure as possible. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by OAS. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to OAS, your order will be cancelled.
Paypal
When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website.
Klarna Invoice
Invoice payment is done in cooperation with Klarna and Klarnas payment terms apply. To read Klarnas payment terms please see here. Please note that when invoice payment is chosen your shipping address needs to be your registered residence.
Gift Cards
When placing an order using a gift card as payment, the order can only be shipped to the same country as to where the gift card was issued. OAS are unable to change the currency of the gift card, and it is always country specific. Gift cards are valid one year from the date when they were purchased.
We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
We offer worldwide shipping from Sweden with all duties and taxes included - no additional charges upon delivery. Orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to all available destinations. Based on your location and order value, standard shipping is free, and express delivery is available at checkout for faster service. The shipping charges for your order are provided at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. For estimated shipping time, please see here.
OAS reserves the right to charge you the actual cost for any shipping charges for uncollected packages. The shipping charges will be deducted from the amount paid for the order.
Withdrawal
You have a 14-days legal right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59). This means that you are entitled to cancel your purchase by submitting or sending notice thereof to OAS within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product. The notice may be sent in different ways. Preferably, you can use OAS return form. You can also use the standard form that can be found at Konsumentverket’s website.
Please note that you of course do not need to use the special forms but may send us a letter or an email to info@oascompany.com including information that you will withdraw or exchange your purchase. If you send us an email we will send you a confirmation upon receiving your notice. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.
Refund relating to the right of withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw your purchase in accordance with the terms set forth in this section, OAS will issue a refund of the amount paid to OAS.
OAS will pay the refund within 14 days of the date on which we have received your notice of withdrawal, under the condition that OAS has received the product/s from you or if OAS has obtained proof that the products have been sent back to OAS. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase if you do not explicitly accept another method. You will never be charged extra if another payment method is used.
If you have chosen invoice via Klarna as your payment method and wish to withdraw only a part of an order, please contact Klarna and they will put your invoice on hold. Once your withdrawal is accepted by OAS, a new invoice will be sent to you with the products you wish to keep. If you paid the invoice prior to your withdrawal, the amount relating to your withdrawal will be refunded.
Please note that OAS only issues a full refund if the product/s are in the same conditions as at the time of delivery. If the products’ value has diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us. Thus, OAS then has the right to withhold such amount of the refund.
To avoid a deduction, please make sure all products are in the exact same condition as you when received them, with tag and seal still attached.
Please note that we do not accept returns or claims of OAS items bought from other retailers or second hand sites and stores.
Shipping costs for returning the products
Please note that you must pay the shipping cost for returning the products in accordance with your right of withdrawal and exchange and OAS has no obligation to pay such costs.
Returning the products
Upon your withdrawal or exchange of your purchase, please return the product/s as soon as reasonably practicable and not later than 14 days after sending your notice.
When returning please follow the steps below.
Place the product(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
Fill out the return form and include it inside the box.
Close the box and tape it securely.
Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
Return at your nearest delivery point.

We prefer that products are returned through OAS´s return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the products by any secure transport.
Please note that you bear the risk for the products until it has been delivered to OAS. Thus, you should always keep a copy of your shipping receipt for your own records. Furthermore, and as applicable, please clearly mark the package as “RETURN” on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties.
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify OAS within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please always describe why you consider the product to be defective and please remember to refer to your order number. If OAS consider the products to be defective, OAS will make a full refund including shipping costs. Please see more information about your legal consumer rights in the Consumer Act (1990: 932).
OAS acts in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving defective products.

OAS’s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will OAS assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
OAS’s liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order, unless otherwise is stipulated by law.
In case of force majeure, OAS’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and OAS can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by OAS.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions; instead the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Except where prohibited and without limitation to any statutory rights for consumers, all disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Stockholm, as the court of first instance.

We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please e-mail our Customer Services Team stating clearly that you are making a complaint.
